When evaluating high-protein diets, we ensure that the importance of eating patterns must follow the AHA Journals Dietary Guidelines, and to incorporate primary prevention strategies for a possible coronary heart disease. This includes obesity and persons with multiple risk factors. These things are being outlined by the National Cholesterol Education Program which will help evaluate intaking high-protein diets when trying to reduce weight faster:
1. Protein intake should not excess 50 to 100 g/d, and should be reasonably proportional. Proportional figures to maintain your weight reduction and diet process are 15% KCal per day on protein, 55% KCal on carbohydrates and 30% KCal on fats.
2. Restriction of intaking carbohydrates should not be omitted. At least you can intake 100g of carbohydrates daily , to ensure overall adequacy.
3. Protein foods we select should not contribute too much fat, saturated fat or cholesterol.
4. You must implement your diet safely for a long period of time, and it should provide adequate nutrients and support dietary compliance with a helpful eating plan.

High-protein diet guidelines is very useful especially fat person like me. We all know fats is not good for health. We can eliminate bad cholesterol through our whole body. We can select protein food for prevention and safety. Our diet is important especially control of food and doing exercise. We can start diet now.
